Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We welcome calls from our current and new patients seeking routine care. Emergencies happen and we will accomodate your needs in a timely manner.
Office Hours
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8am - 12pm; 1pm - 5pm
- Tuesday: 10am - 1pm; 2pm - 6pm
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday : Closed
- Emergency phone number provided for after-hours care.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms and help you recover your maximum benefit. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a payment plan can be designed that will fit within your budget. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, and most credit cards. We also participate with a variety of health care financing companies. Please ask our financial staff for details.
We do not accept any Medicaid insurance carriers.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We have reserved this appointment time just for you; if you cannot keep this appointment and don't contact us, it effects other patients who would have wanted that time.
